Recruitment:
- Consulted with Managers in the Operations Division to generate quarterly manpower plans.
- Independently managed the entire recruitment process from receiving a job request to, writing Job Descriptions along with Line Managers, posting internal advertisements, sourcing, maintaining CV database, interviewing, and issuing offer letters.
- Analyzed different channels of recruitment and selected the most effective recruitment strategy aligned with business goals while maintaining cost effectiveness.
- Provided counseling sessions for Managers on candidate selection and conducting effective interviews.
- Liaised with the outsourced agency on collating documents and visa formalities.

Onboarding:
- Lead on boarding process for new employees by explaining issues relating to the company policies, medical insurance, compensation and benefits schemes, culture and any other relevant matters.
- Requested for company assets, email, accesses, company identification card, bank accounts and so on.
Vendor Management
- Assisted in negotiation with outsourced companies on visa processing services and temporary manpower solutions.

Employee Shared Services
- Provided inputs for formulating HR policies and procedures in the Operations division, in compliance with UAE Labour Laws.
