Recruitment:
- Consulted with Managers in the Operations Division to generate quarterly manpower plans.
- Independently managed the entire recruitment process from receiving a job request to, writing Job Descriptions along with Line Managers, posting internal advertisements, sourcing, maintaining CV database, interviewing, and issuing offer letters.
- Analyzed different channels of recruitment and selected the most effective recruitment strategy aligned with business goals while maintaining cost effectiveness.

Vendor Management

- Liaised with the agencies on a daily basis for different requirements, i.e. progress updates on visa/work permit applications, urgent business manpower requirements, invoicing and escalations.

Employee Shared Services
- Provided inputs for formulating HR policies and procedures in the Operations division, in compliance with UAE Labour Laws.
- Managed the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in terms of: communicating new policies/procedures, conducting awareness sessions, ensuring compliance across the company, advising Managers in accordance with approved HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations

Employee Engagement
- Provided support on the design and implementation of employee relations strategy.
