E-PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT - INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS (KAZAKHSTAN, OMAN, SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT & AFRICA)
Responsibilities :
* Collection of material requirements from projects including its technical specification and expected delivery schedule as per project plan.
* Review offers and technical data and prepare a techno-commercial comparison.
* Achieve significant cost savings & better terms through sourcing new suppliers (Local and International) & negotiating with the existing.
* Implement yearly supply agreements with suppliers for frequently purchased materials such as PPE, Tools, consumables etc.
* Follow up on payment of critical suppliers and try to resolve any related issues.
* Coordinate with logistics department in order to ensure on time delivery of materials to the project.
* Review supplier performance and discuss issues such as product quality, delivery time etc. if any and finding an amicable solution.
ABSOLUTE POOLS (AL HABTOOR GROUP)

Responsibilities :
• Aggressively worked to achieve significant cost savings & better terms through sourcing new suppliers and negotiating with the existing.
• Handled Logistics, Shipping and customs clearance for materials procured from International suppliers and oversee logistics of materials delivery both inside UAE and to other countries.
• Executed domestic & International sourcing activities for swimming pool manufacturing materials & equipment for projects based in GCC & International locations.
• Interfaced with cross-functional groups, including engineering, sales, and contracts to ensure that the materials/services procured are in line with project specifications and within the budget.
• Ensured on time delivery and improved purchasing quality through setting up the quality check procedures for the suppliers and personal on site checking.
• Mediated between vendors and the accounts payable manager to quickly resolve incorrect invoicing.
• Assisting the sales team during the tender stage of the project.
• Monitored and maintained local inventory levels.
Responsibilities :
• Identification of material requirements from projects including its technical specification and expected delivery schedule .
• Dissemination of enquiries to all the vendors for obtaining quotations.
• Review of offers with reference to the contract drawings and specifications to ensure technical compliance as per project requirements.
• Co-ordination with Procurement Manager during offer evaluation process including preparation of Comparison statement of technical & commercial aspects.
• Receive and review technical submittal from selected supplier.
•Preparation of the Contractual Agreement with the selected vendor to ensure satisfactory performance and validity for the benefit of the company.
• Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received.
• Provide price and technical inputs to generate official purchase order & follow up on critical deliveries .
Responsibilites :
• Erection, maintenance of medium & high voltage installations including cabling, earthing, standby generator set, 11kV outdoor & indoor substations in high rise buildings & industries.
• Design, Estimation & tendering of electrical installations such as high rise buildings, 11kV Substations and Industrial Electrics.
• Preparation of project’s documentation, method statement and risk assessment.
• Material Finalization as per project specifications
• Daily Site Operation Supervision & work progress monitoring to comply with project planned time schedule
• Co-ordination for the approval from the concerned authorities.
• Invoicing & Final Testing and commissioning of the systems
