Working as a Network Administrator with integrated Systems and Services \[http://www.issassam.in\] an Wipro Subsidiary in Tripura State Services Default Gateway (TSSDG) Project of Wipro from Dec2015 to till date.
I am placed in Directorate of Information Technology, Indranagar, Agartala, Tripura, India for project purpose.
TSSDG - It is a State wide project where we give service to Tripura Government. My Main job is to look after the Network of Our Servers and also monitoring Network status for any Network fault, Installing Updates, Etc.

• Call Center Network Management.
• Manage connection, configuration and organization of Cisco equipment in IT architecture of organization.
• Coordinate with team members to reduce technical complication sand collaborate on projects.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring performance of network.
• Perform high level troubleshooting, diagnostics for networking problems.
• Provide support services for password recovery for network devices using system configuration registry.
• OS Dialler administration.
• Call Allocation.
Worked with NIC (National Informatics Centre) in a Contract under Neelkanth DIGITAL INFONET PRIVATE Ltd. Dharmanagar, North Tripura, India as Assistant Programmer.
• Support and provide solutions for network failures, making recommendations for possible fixes.
• Provide first-level technical support; assisting users who have network problems.
• Worked in Design and Development of their Online Portal Named http://www.northtripura.nic.in.
• Train North Tripura DM & Collector's Office Staffs for using their Online and Offline Portals.
