1.Preparing process-engineering drawings, mechanical drawings, layout drawings, Plant Piping and detailing of equipments after gathering product specifications.
2.Equipment design, Manual calculation along software aided analysis.
3.Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements and facilitating the internal departments for developing technical blueprints.
4.Analyzing the various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance the operational efficiency of the projects.
Design of Equipment, Research and New Product Development, Detailing, BOM

Key Accountabilities:
Research & Development, New Product Design, Documentation, Reverse Engineering, Analysis, Preparing Test Racks and Testing.
In-charge Design and Development (IDD) :
Indentifying the product requiring Design and Development,
Design and Development - Planning, Inputs, Outputs, Review, Verification, Validation, Control of Design and Development changes.
Other Responsibilities:
Business Development, Cost reduction/optimization, Product modification, Leading a team.
Raw material planning according to monthly requirements.
Preparing the machine plan based on machine capacity.
Analysis of rejection, identifying the reason and taking corrective action.
Focus on machine utilization and its efficiency.
Improving productivity and work place ergonomics.
Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity targets.
