 Meeting client and consultant for technical discussion and provide engineering solution.

Project Planning, Scheduling, Reviewing & Finalising of Technical Data & Specification, Layouts, Product Development, Drawing approval and monitoring Site execution from concept to completion.
 Coordinate with consultant, architect, technology supplier, engineering agencies and equipment vendors and subcontractors for getting approval and timely delivery of engineering of project.

 System design of custom built equipment includes selection of condensing unit and chillers, refrigeration controls, ventilation fan.
 Projects report, quotation and scope of work of Successful bidder and Price break-up of Project.
 Finalise the equipment supplier and prepare the purchase order.
 Tracking the material/equipment delivery to the site.

 Supervising site operations including checking the MEP drawings for installation of equipment, ducts and pipe layouts considering False ceiling layouts
 Provide the assistance in shop drawing for manufacturing in the workshop.
 Site coordination with owner/main contractor/ consultant, monitoring of work progress, maintaining the log of material arrived at site and maintain the records.
 Keeping record man power working on the site, keeping the management well informed of any excess or shortage available on site.
