• Cluster optimization, Acceptance using TEMS & Actix
• Tuning new sites (swapped/new) and achieving cell level target for acceptance.
• Optimizing new sites (swapped/new) to maintain KPIs after Tuning.
• Following up customer complaints, improving bad quality and coverage areas by parametric changes, sectors re-orienting, adding new sites, & FEMTO
• parametric tuning for new RNCs to improve PS(HS &R99)
• Iub throughput (RNC utilization) dimensioning based on Traffic increase
• improving HS throughput in the whole network
• Proposing/implementing new strategies of Traffic sharing between carriers & Systems (3G3G, 3G2G) to improve HS Throughput in Touristic areas, and to improve CSSR for CS.
• knowledge transfer to customer optimization team through weekly sessions and presentations ( parameter change effect on related KPIs, features activation & general UMTS understanding )
• Handling Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) tasks for du project, Quality Test, disaster drill, …. Ect )

Responsibilities
include: Frequency plan, Design of Sites, Network optimization, traffic
dimensioning studies for all Jordan and special indoor projects including
Repeaters
• Analysis the Network performance Statistics (KPI) e.g. Handover statistics,
Drop Statistics, their reasons and take necessary action.
• Drive test, trouble shooting and analysis by using TEMS Investigation.
• Identify the coverage, quality and capacity requirements for every
region/area combined with customer complaints & propose the required
solution to solve it by different means from adding new site, hardware
changes to changing radio parameters
• GSM site survey for A new sites
• Coordinate with BSS Group, Maintenance Team, Supervision
Team, Transmission Engineers, Negotiators, Site Engineers, and
• Follow up customers' complaints and recommend appropriate
solutions.
