Package-Spine Construction for Neom which is a railway corridor for Neom City along with ancillary works related to Spine.
Client: M/s NEOM
Project Cost: -264 million SAR & 164 million. (Overall cost of spine is more than 500 billions SAR)
220 million SAR for L-3 access road.
913 million SAR for Lot 8B excavation works.
Scope for Spine works managed by me:
• Overall management from construction perspective for earthwork excavation of Lot 8B, L3 access road for coastal road and Lot 1 to 4B.
• Closure of earthwork contract for Lot 1 to 4B including magazine road.
• Chairing weekly progress meeting with contractor for review and constraints in terms of execution of work.
• Review, approval and management of TMP for the project
• Managing the execution of around 5 million of earthwork in excavation for a length of around 6 kms.
• Manging contractors in terms of progress, quality, environment, sustainability and HSE standards.
• Overall review for the project in terms of budget, billing and overall progress.
• Day to day, weekly and monthly chairing of meetings for the overall progress of the project.
• LUP management from the overall land mobility department.
• Utility protection and diversions including enabling works.
Responsibilities for 2A & 2B
• Responsible for the delivery and project management of 140 kms of project including earthwork, utilities, and structures with a team of site engineers, inspectors, and surveyors.
• Supervision & delivery of 70 nos of culverts, 8 nos of over bridges, and 22 nos of underpass including 01 major under bridge (6 spans) for a total length of 168 meters along with 18 million of earthwork.
• Supervision and delivery of more than 150 number of different types of utilities including protection and construction of new ones. These utilities belong to ADDC power, water, Etisalat, DU, ADMC, Military, Irrigation, Cicpa and others as per their specification matching with AREMA.
• Chairing/coordinating meetings for interface issues related to various local and government authorities.
• Review and approval of Method statements for the activities related to Civil works and tracks including review and commenting on ITPs and material submittals.
• Review of As built drawings for final submission and records in accordance with the contract requirement.
• Responsible for the delivery and project management of 55 kms of project including earthwork, utilities, and structures with a team of site engineers, inspectors, and surveyors.
• Supervision & delivery of 8 number of UBRs, 9 numbers of Utility bridges, 12 number of under pass, 02 number of OBRs and 31 numbers of culverts,
• Supervision and delivery of more than 421 number of different types of utilities including protection and construction of new ones. These utilities belong to ADNOC, ADDC power, water, Etisalat, DU, ADMC, Military, Irrigation, Cicpa and others as per their specification matching with AREMA.
• Review of shop drawings with reference to design drawings, design reports of temporary works, temporary detour shop drawings along with other shop drawings for utilities and structures.
• Attending/chairing quality meetings with JV quality lead along with their team and resolving issues for the closure of NNCs/NCRs or site surveillance.
• Conducting meetings with site engineers/inspectors to track the daily/weekly and monthly progress as per schedule and providing inputs to CM/Dy CD.
• Attending management meeting with CM & CDs for the review and progress of works done by the contractor by providing facts done at site.
Responsibilities:
• Completely responsible for the planning, billing, resource allocation, procurement, execution and liasoning with client and consultants with a team of engineers.
• Project review along with higher management at HO level.
• Budgeting, scheduling and finally execution within schedule and budget with proper quality assurance with a team of engineers.
• Oversee on a day-to-day basis the contractor’s work on site to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications of the client with strict compliance with the Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) requirements
• Final inspection of completed works and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover of the works.
• Always review the sub-contractor’s progress. Monitor the work performed, the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site and the contractor's manpower and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of residential/commercial project having covered area of 1.15 million sq ft.
• Completely responsible for the civil work starting from its initial planning, resource allocation to its execution and finally checking of bills for the contractors.
• Completed a commercial building at Noida in all respects with an area of 2.18 Lacs sq ft.
• Supervision for execution of works done by contractor in terms of quality and drawing.
• Planning of resources for timely execution of project.
• Verification of R.A Bills submitted by contractor.
• Liaison with the architect and MEP consultants for timely release of drawings.
• Carry out final inspections of all construction activities in accordance with specifications and approved shop drawings.

• Coordinate the construction work with the local authorities and contractors.
• Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications of the client with strict compliance with the Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) requirements
• Monitor the progress of the work against the approved programme of works submitted to the client.

• Planning and execution of pot line foundation of smelter along with junior engineers/supervisors
• Proper mobilization and utilization of resources required for execution works.
• Preparation of BBS, PRW bills and its verification.
• Reconciliation of materials on a monthly basis.
• Co-ordination with consultants and client.
• Layout and execution of internal structures of cooling towers as per drawings.
• Preparation of bar bending schedules, pour cards and its verification from NPCIL.

• Preparation of OGL bed after C.G/Embankments/GSB and WMM layers as per MOST specifications.
• Execution of bituminous layers viz DBM and BC with TITAN sensor pavers as per MOST specifications.
• Execution of kerb with APPOLO KERB Maker as per tolerances in MOST Specifications.
• Involved in structures works of minor bridges and co-ordination with consultant for RFI’s.
