Responsible on the day to day management of the division (formed with 5 departments and 51 experts) resourcing, budget preparation and monitoring, preparing the division business plan strategic plan and KPIs, reviewing and/or preparing all the infrastructure, Safety & Security and transportation master plans in Abu Dhabi Emirate and preparing the Infrastructure master plan of many major developments, Coordinating large infrastructure projects with all utility providers, department of transport and municipalities, reporting the project and the Division performance to the Executive director and Director General.

• Client representative on the planning, Design and implementing of 8000 units in Ruwais western region. New Development for the accommodation of ENEC, ADNOC and CHEMWEYAT Employees, Families and supporting staff on DBOT basis. The project include 2 5 stars hotel, one 4 stars hotel, 1 regional hospital, shopping mall, 5 schools, marina, mixed used buildings, residential buildings and villas and several community and sports centres to form complete city.

• UPC representative in the technical implementation team of Zayed City (formally Capital district) zayed city is mixed used mega development which will form the second city centre of Abu Dhabi and planed to accommodate 300, 000 population.

• In house preparation of many Infrastructure concept design from small scale developments to the large one (around 30 per year) the main ones are:
₋ Capital Frame work 2030: My infrastructure team duties was assessing the capacity of existing utilities in coordination with the utility providers to define of sustainable growth on every existing development, in addition to the defining of the necessary utility investment in the expansion area.
₋ Al Gharbia 2030: the duties of my team was similar to the Capital 2030 but in the six small cities of the Abu Dhabi western Region (Ghayati, Madinat Zayed, Mirfa, Silaa, Ruwais and Delma Island)
₋ Mina Zayed Development: My Team duties was to define the utility and the transport projects necessary for the transformation of mina zayed area from light industry and warehouses to light and mixed used residential development.
₋ Hudayriyat development: in house preparation of the utility and transport demand and concept design in coordination with Adwea companies, municipalitiy and DOT. The 2 phases development will provide 7000 Emiraties villas.


• Client representative on the implementation of 1200 villas in MBZ Fujaira. In the initial stage only.

• Managing the consultant preparing the Mahe Infrastructure concept design in Seychelles. The Urban Planning Council was assigned to assist the Government of Seychelles in the preparation of the Seychelles Framework Plan, so my team was reviewing and approving the preparation of the high level concept design of the utility and roads.

• Over looking the preparation of the Maritime Framework plan of Abu Dhabi Emirate.

• Chairing the technical coordination committee for some of the major projects: Union Rail route allocation and coordination with all Agencies, Metro and Light rail route and stations approval, Optimum location of 349 towers in the new Zayed city…

• Developing a process for the cost sharing of utilities an Roads between Abu Dhabi Government and Private Developers.

• Developing a process for the asset transfer between Developers and Abu Dhabi Government agencies.
