- Work planning and adjustment of direct and indirect capacity of the entire plant
- Increase in the output and efficiency and the installation of a strategy of versatility and polyvalence for the rump down of the projects with the minimum of wastes

Assembly Segment Leader ( Porsche Customer) (110 operators and 10 indirects) Since March 2016
- Improvement of all performance indicators in the Porsche segment by 60% (efficiency from 54% to 83% per hour from 8 euro / H to 4.8 euro / H)
- Application of methods of continuous improvement to achieve this result (VSM, KATA, Hoshin, KOSU, QRQC, QRMC, Versatility and work planning)
- FMEA segment refurbishment and division
Cutting and Preassembly segment Leader (150 operators and 15 indirects) Since September 2013
- Improvement of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) from 40% to 64% in the NJIT Mercedes Benz cutting area to be the OEE record realization in worldwide LEONI WSD (SMED Workshop)
- Improvement of the OEE de 14% à 37% in the FIAT cutting area (SMED workshop) and improvement of the Stock, Scrap, efficiency and Cost by more than 100%
- Improvement in the Preassembly Area (Hoshin Workshop) of the efficiency, the scrap and the stops caused by this area to zero and implementation of U cell in the production flow (King method)

- Contribute to the development and implementation of a culture of continuous improvement
- Animation of Value Stream Mapping (VSM plant), detection of waste, variations and analysis of transactions without added value
