Maintenance of the fixed asset accounting records including
preparation and tracking of Capital Expenditure Requests,
procurement,
physical inventory and disposal.
Prepare Salaried and Hourly Payrolls.
Liaison with HR department re GRO expenses.
Preparation of monthly general ledger reconciliations (banks, loans,
employees, assets, . others)
Preparation of schedules as required for the Statutory Accounts.
Maintenance of the banks refinancing loan accounting records including
preparation and tracking
Also Monitoring each one matured date and interest charge and accrued it
If needs.
Maintenance of the EOSB accounting records including preparation and calculation .
Preparation of monthly management report
Assists in the preparation of consolidated financial statements;
Review and analysis of annual budget and its monthly
calendarization.
Occasionally perform duties, assigned to Finance Manager
(in his absence) such as weekly consolidated cash position
report, movements in letter of credits facilities (issuance, usages and
termination) and bills re-financings.
Preparation and analysis of Head Office Financial Statements; Assists
In preparation and review of consolidation of the group’s Financial
Statement; Computation of landed cost of car importations/purchases;
Reconciliation of BMW AG statement of accounts; Bank reconciliation
(foreign currencies); Inter-branch account reconciliation; and maintenance
and analysis of related subsidiary ledgers
