*Acting as a first point of contact
*Dealing with correspondence, phone calls and emails
*Reporting to the CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties
*Managing diaries, organizing and attending meetings and appointments.
*Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
*Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills and controlling inventory for all the companies
*Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
*Compiling and updating employees records (hard and soft copies)
*Organizing the CEO's personal commitments including booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are highly desired).
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and last-minute requests.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a high level of trustworthiness.
- Familiarity with the local area and resources in Dubai is advantageous.
- Lived in Dubai for at least three years, with knowledge of customs, imports, and exports.
*Advised individuals who intended to relocate internationally: met with potential clients, negotiated price, and closed the deals
*Acquired good knowledge on the immigration process, immigration requirements, sales, business
development and client service.
*Interviewed potential clients to ensure eligibility and ensured all the immigration documentation is finished and delivered on time.
Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Journalism
