• Managing all activities starting from inquiry to Proposal stage in the Estimation Dept.
• Monitoring the cost analysis done by cost team for each type of work..
• Preparation of Budget for awarded projects.
• Coordination with clients and production team for smooth execution of projects.

• Structural steel fabrication works for Oil & gas projects, such as pipe racks, shelters, platforms.
• Design, supply & fabrication of pressure vessels, pig launchers, tanks for oil & gas sector.
• Supply & fabrication of piping works for oil & gas sector.
• Major Clients: L &T Hydrocarbons, Petrofac, NSH, FlourDaewooHHI (FDH JV), Limak, Cengiz, STFA, Tecnicas, Alghanim International, Seimens, … etc.
•Gather and sort the inquiries from the clients received through our Head Office and those received by the company directly.
•Identify and establish the scope of work and to coordinate with the designing and production depts to confirm the possibility of the job .
•Discussing the constraints & requirements in the erection work of major tenders with construction departments.
•Maintaining a Enquiry Register for all enquiries from clients.
•Verification of BOQ from tender/inquiry drawings.
•Raising enquiries to sub-contractors, material suppliers.
•Preparation of estimate for design, fabrication & erection works.
•Co-ordinate with the detailing and designing team, if required.
•Good team work to complete estimation & costing as per schedules.
•All costing & estimates are submitted to Manager- Engineering for review & comments/
•Preparation of variation for any extra work done, modifications etc
•Preparing material submittals for client approvals for major projects in KOC, KNPC, MEW etc..
•Preparation of project invoices for billing & maintaining the cost of the project.
•Co-ordination for procurement and maintaining stock of materials like steel, paint, fasteners, metal cladding systems etc..
•Cost analysis of projects after completion with feedbacks from respective depts and submitting report to Manager.

• Supervising the erection work at construction site.
• Arranging materials from the suppliers/store, machinery etc. to site.
• Arranging necessary manpower to the site, and their food, and transportation.

• Preparation of work-in-progress report, site expense report.
• Preparation of progressive invoices as per site progress.
• Co-ordination of office, site and client in order to ensure smooth running of site activities
• Following up enquiries from the customer, discussing their requirements, after visiting their premises and co-ordinating the requirements with design team.
• Act as a link between Design team, Sales team and the Clients.
• Quantity surveying of materials required and its cost calculation.
• Collect the details such as prices and mill certificates from the suppliers.
• Contribute to every project from tendering stage to erection stage.
• Following up of bids/quotation submitted to the client.
• Preparation of quality dossier for final submission for each projects.
• Follow up with fabrication, production & surface treatment depts for smooth execution of work.
• Updation of daily work progress
