Being Registered partner, the discount on HW and Services to NSN from Cisco is not at par
Need NSN to be Gold Certified Partner to avail higher discount on HW and services from Cisco
Gold Certification provides Competitive positioning against local and global Cisco resell partners
Full setup of IP certified people covering: Sales, Services & Pre-sale

2. Project Manager of Vodafone Core Migration from twelve Circles to NSN GNOC
Nokia Siemens was managing services in 12 circles pan India for Vodafone
All these 12 circles were being monitored at circle level for configuration & management
Monitoring at circle level need manpower replication
Monitoring and Configuration of all 12 circles extended to central location i.e. GNOC
Monitoring & Configuration centrally is the manpower and tools optimization
