Schedule and prioritise maintenance activities in line with available resource and customer requirements to ensure we are efficient and meeting our customers’ expectations.
Record all maintenance activities and customer liaison within appropriate systems to enable a full history of activities to be visible to all stakeholders.
Proactively communicate with customers and internal departments in a clear professional manner to give the best possible customer experience.
Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the business.
Take ownership of overcoming problems to ensure tasks are completed in a prompt and compliant manner.
To ensure all activities (including sub contractors) is carried out in conformance with policies and procedures
Authorization and provision of necessary resources
To stop (or take appropriate actions) the work/activities being carried out in case of HSE violations/Unsafe acts
Responsible for a number of technical disciplines within a community.
Dealing with 80-120 phone calls / e-mails per day
Coordinating 50-75 maintenance activities per day
