• Vendor Management & Support Agreements - coordinate with vendors for support requests, Agreements, scheduled maintenance and proposals & maintain an updated vendor file and tracking all IT support agreements.
• Documentation & Filing - Document all key areas pertaining to the corporate IT Infrastructure and responsible for maintaining the physical and electronic filing of the IT department.
• Technology updates/recommendations - responsible for IT infrastructure related recommendations in terms of new technology.
