Night Manager: - Worked as Night Manager on Royal Princess.
I. Supervisor in the night till morning,
II. Making revenue report,
III. Checking bar & restaurant checks,
IV. Doing rounds of the ship that include passenger and crew area,

Crew Agent :- Working in the crew office along with Crew Manager managing entire Crew related work on board i.e.
I. Embarking and disembarking crew
II. Handling Passport, Visa, Medical, Salary, Remittance documentation work etc.
III. Sign On & Off crew Article, maintain the documentation work
IV. Cash, Personal cheque, Travelers cheque, reimbursement Expenses, Pay off Commission & collect payment, maintain Float etc.
V. Crew assistance's, request form, Documentation and follow up etc.
Junior Hotel Controller : Work along with F&B department i.e.
i) Generate report on daily basis of the stoke take and process report of variance.
ii) Auditing stoke take of different bar, Bar store room, Food item include Meat, Vegetable, Dairy products etc. and providing them with stoke and variance report.
iii) Process Uniform, Hotel Store and Gift shops stoke and Variance report.
iv) Maintain the account of the loading items on turnaround day.
Assistant Night Manager: - Worked as Assistant to Night Manager (Twice).
I. Supervisor for certain hours, following up with complaints, problem, finding solution and following up with passenger until the problem is resolved.
II. Coordinating with Engine, Deck, Accommodation and Food & Beverage department upon passenger depending request or issue.
III. Helping junior colleges at the Front desk whenever they needed help, checking bar checks, checking high risk areas of ship by doing rounds at allocated hours, making reports and giving handover to the Night manager.
Shorex JAP (Tour Agent):- Tour dispatch, escorting, booking different tours, providing information of different tours, port and place information, preparing tour dispatch sheet, processing tour forms and assisting passengers for tours, inquiry and complaint resolving.
Art JAP: - Working as Art agent by helping Art Auctioneer by processing art bill for passengers, on Art Purchase, frame work etc, during the auction.
