In the capacity as the Finance Manager of the company I am completely responsible for the arrangement of Finance for the company and the effective utilization of the same in the business. I am reporting to the Chairman of the company in regard to all the Financial Matters of the Company. I am supervising a team of Professional Accountants and monitoring their jobs in the book keeping of the company. I am preparing the Management Reports on a monthly basis and reporting to the Chairman and General Manager. Yearly budget will be prepared and a monthly variance reports will be prepared for the planning and implementation of various cost control techniques. Yearly and monthly cash flows of the company will be projected to find other sources of finance at economical level for the company in advance if needed. Liaison with the Internal and Financial Auditors of the company for the effective and smooth function of Auditing in the Company. Discussions of the points raising by the Internal Auditors team and implementation of new plans and policies in Finance with the approval of the Chairman.
