Falcon Technology’s (FTI) core business was in a rapidly declining industry, where I reported to the CEO & my role was to identify new growth avenues while transforming existing operations. I also assisted the RAK Family Office on strategy & business transformation for its portfolio companies. Role & key achievements include:
• Growth Strategy & New Business Diversification:
o Presented a research-backed Business Plan to BoD for greenfield diversification opportunity in Medical Consumables, with revenue potential of $15 Mn p.a.; Project Managed the business setup
o Entered into international strategic collaborations for 3D Printing, adding revenue of $900K+ in 2023
o Led discussions with cutting-edge international Technology companies in Smart Manufacturing, Mobility & Sustainability, to explore setting up new business ventures in UAE through JV
• Drove Operational Excellence initiatives delivering over US$650K in savings across 2 years by implementing lean management principles, streamlining processes/structure & leveraging data analytics
o Worked with Business Leaders to build Short- & Long-term Strategic Plans for the group’s businesses, and implemented Balanced Scorecard to refine Corporate Performance Management
• As a member of the Executive Committee, handled ad-hoc projects, strategic data analysis and corporate presentations for Group CEO and Board of Directors.
• Business Strategy for Family Office portfolio companies: Assisted 3 companies in building & implementing Strategic Roadmaps, driving KPI alignment and developing performance dashboards.
Bizongo was a growth-stage startup (Series C) in B2B Commerce, where I led identification of new business opportunities for digitally transforming the traditional packaging value chain
• Established Food Service Packaging (FSP) business as a new runway for growth. Steered the Business strategy incl. Target Operating Model, GTM plan & end-to-end process setup - Contributed to $11 Mn+ revenue in first 9 months
• Worked closely with Product team & End clients to enhance & promote our AI & ML based digitization systems for supply chain & artwork flow management
As the COO & subsequently as CEO, I turned around this loss-making company to a rapidly growing & highly profitable mid-sized entity, becoming one of the largest decorative metal packaging manufacturers in India.

• Turned around the Bottom-line from negative to significant profitability through complete operational overhaul - Introduced 5S & Lean methodologies, Governance structures, Balanced Scorecard for Strategy Alignment & Performance Management, MIS & Technology Implementation, and Automation
• Oversaw detailed Financial Planning & Analysis, Working Capital Management, Compliances, Liaising and CAPEX decisions, including M&A and setting up a new manufacturing facility.

• Developed Affordable Housing strategy for Oman Government & led PMO for concept development; Also conducted Best-Use studies for Real Estate Mixed-Use developments in Bahrain
• Feasibility Assessment & Business Plan development for multiple Government entities in Bahrain to set up - Hospitality Training Institute, Angel Investment Fund and Health Tourism Hub
• Prepared the annual "Cost of Doing Business in Bahrain" report for Economic Development Board
