Reporting to the CEO, the role involves :-
- Crafting and continue to evolve Org Vision
- Ideation & execution of significant strategic and operational agendas
- Owning the process of oversight/ monitoring the execution of strategic cross functional priorities
- Build & run platform for step changing category & macros business intelligence
As lead FP&A at KFC responsible for India and subcontinent market. Key responsibilities included :-
- Sales Planning
- Commercial Plan (new product development; pricing strategy and inflation management campaign & promotions planning; store level profitability analysis)
- Financial Planning ( AOP, Budgeting, Capex modelling & preparing Business Models for new investment areas)
- Business Strategy
As an individual contributor was responsible for settling up the big data driven market planning platform to devise a five - year real estate strategy for the brand across India and rest of South Asia.
Additionally, assisted in mapping new format opportunities and conceptualising new store formats in terms of location strategy and capes modelling.
Established dedicated retail advisory practice at JLL India.
Over a decade, grew the business 5 times in terms of revenue and depth of service offering. Advised marque real estate developers, retailers and investor funds over 150 projects including ones for DLF, Phoenix Mills, Apple (flagship stores), Samsung, Nike, Blackstone, CPPIB, GIC etc.
