• Six months working experience in Liquid Propulsion System Center / Indian Space Research Organisation (LPSC/VSSC/ISRO, from 15-11-2013 to 16-04-2014) as Graduate Engineer (on contract).
o Designing and testing of electronic packages for various flight and satellite applications.
o Designing the R&D Satellite Engine’s Igniter Energiser unit based on the design specification which includes the design of DC-DC converters for higher and lower voltages from the satellite batteries. Circuit layout and PCB’s are designed using ORCAD.
o Designing EMI filter to reduce the interference and EMI testing before the production of the packages.
o Finite element Analysis and simulation of valves, motors, actuators, sensors using circuit analysis software - ANSYS Maxwell-2D magnetic.
• One year (July 2008- July 2009) experience in Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, VSSC/ISRO Thiruvananthapuram as Technician(Diploma contract) for Vehicle system engineering and Electrical Integration Division (VEID), Thumba Equatorial Rocket Launching Centre (TERLC).
o Phase-1 electrical checks of avionic deck at VSSC which includes the calibration of GSLV-L40 avionic deck package.
o Harness preparation of GSLV-L40 wire tunnel, Strapon Base Shroud (SBS) and Inter Tank Skirt (ITS) etc.
o Harness continuity and isolation testing.
o Document preparation and correction.
o Vibration test of avionic deck.
o Conducted Phase-2 Electrical Integration level checks of GSLV-L40 stage at Satish Dhawan Space Centre- Sriharikota High Altitude Range (SDSC-SHAR/ISRO).
o Conducted leak checks.
o Conducted flow test to ensure the valve operation.
o The power system checks, Instrumentation checks, Control electronics checks etc. are conducted at SHAR.
o All the sensors such as pressure, vibration and temperature
