Job profile:
1. Preparing a resource loaded baseline schedule in accordance to the key dates provided by the client.
2. Tracking and monitoring the work progress every 12 hour shift.
3. Preparing detailed micro schedule for each pot line civil works in excel/P6.
4. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
5. Co-coordinating with precast sub-contractors and tracking their schedule daily to ensure timely production and delivery.
6. Preparing monthly invoice against the payment milestones for all the above projects.
7. Preparing cost projection for the project and cost curve.
8. Documenting the variation works carried out so as to claim the variation works.
9. Conducting daily internal progress meeting and providing progress inputs to the project manager.
10. Attending weekly progress review meeting with client.
11. Preparing tender stage schedules.
