Sales & Marketing of Gas Turbine spares, Expansion Joints, Valves, Pipes and Pipe Fittings to the Oil & Gas Industry, Power industry and Water desalination plants.
Design and implement the sales and marketing plan, identify sales possibilities and consistently meet the sales/marketing goals as planned.
Sales and Business development for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.

Sales and Marketing of Carbon steel pipes / Galvanized pipes (Brand - Van Leeuwen), Pipe fittings and Flanges (Brand: NEFIT) used in utility services viz. Chilled water systems, HVAC and Firefighting systems.
Actively promote and sell Van Leeuwen Products and services to the corporate market in the UAE region and support product development based on feedback from customers.
Identifying potential clients through existing data and customer research, new lead generation and increasing the client database for the company products.
Achieve sales targets by implementing agreed designed strategies (marketing plans, conduct regular site visits, pricing structure and trading terms), search and define new expandable segments/customers, exploiting and evaluating the weight of all business opportunities.
Arranging regular client visits, project site visits, sales presentations, attending promotional activities thereby ensuring maximum exposure in the business market.
Project Sales involving direct interaction with MEP contractors and consultants.
Arranging material submittals to contractors and consultants to get company products approved for ongoing/future projects.
Preparing quotations based on the project requirements and submitting it to the clients.
Promptly and accurately process customers’ orders and enquiries (including major quotes / tenders, LOI’s and complaints).
Ensure that customers are delivered what has been promised to them by maintaining up to date sales activities in SAP-CRM defining customer requirements and co coordinating their requirements with all concerned sections of the Operations department.
Review and report to the Regional Division Manager on key issues including competitors, clients and market activity.
Proactively co-ordinate with end users, contractors, consultants and third party inspection agencies during all phases of project execution / product registration.
Plan and implement registration of company products in MEP consultant’s AML.
Key clients include Sobha, Nakheel, DEWA, FEWA, DAMAC, EMAAR, Arabtec, and other major MEP’s involved in various construction projects in the UAE.
Sales and Marketing of Street Lighting Poles, Decorative Poles & Accessories, LED Street Light Fixtures, Cable Tray, Cable Ladders & Accessories and other factory manufactured products in UAE region.
Accountable for the implementation of marketing and sales program in the UAE region.
Successfully prequalified company products with the major end users - RTA Dubai, SEWA, DEWA, FEWA, Ministry of Infrastructure Development (MOID - Dubai, UAE).
Organizing company participation in various exhibitions and seminars viz. Middle East lighting design summit 2017, ADIPEC 2017, BIG5 2017 and Light Middle East 2018.
Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them. Designing custom made products to satisfy client’s needs.
Create periodic reports that outline projects, meetings, conferences and sales reports for head office and senior management.

Team Lead for the Instrumentation division. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients for marketing the products, maintaining up to date inventory records, planning of new inventories based on upcoming project forecasts.

Prepare multidiscipline conceptual, detailed and definitive cost estimates for Capital Projects, review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliancy with the scope of work.
Coordinate with sales and executive teams to plan and execute sales penetration strategies to new regional markets.
