Draft Contractual letters to Client, Consultant, External Stakeholders and Subcontractors
Preparation of Subcontract Agreements and Supply Agreements
Sending Timely Notices to Consultant and Client for Delays due to obstructions and Notifying increase in cost of materials and submitting Claims and Variations
