• Attending to customer calls and troubleshooting the systems on site & at office for both (Macintosh & Windows) machines.
• Configuring DNS, DHCP, File System, Printer Services in Windows Server 2008.
• Providing solutions to customers at the customer site, through phone regarding the problems they come across in using the MAC as a user
• Assembling and Configuration of Plotter printers (Epson (Plotters), Xerox Phaser, HP (plotters) etc.) and installing it in MAC OS10.4 & 10.5
• Troubleshooting MAC Laptops, MAC PRO, Acer (Replacing faulty Hard Drives, CD Drives, Logic Boards of MAC Laptops With New ones) after diagnosing.
• Installation of Apple Server
• Installation & troubleshooting of Software’s such Adobe CS3, CS4, Quark Express, Arabic XT.
Support specialist of Apple devices, onsite and in-house. supporting customers with their Apple devices configuring, installing, replacement of hardware.
