Area of Expertise: Logistics Duties/Responsibilities: Land Sourcing for purchase or development. Working with various department of Govt. like Rajuk, National Housing, Ministry o Works, Cantonment Board, MIST, MEO, QMG, KPI, AC Land, Registry office, Ministry of Environment, Civil Aviation Airport Foreign Ministry, City Corporation & Pourosova for collects all kinds of trade/plan approval of the company. Ensure Utility Services for update the project establishment. Provide all approval & logistic support to the company. (Plan approval, Power Acceptance, Occupancy of Residential & Commercial, Civil Aviation permission, Environment permission, Fire License permission, Foreign Power approval, Flat registry Sell permission.) Deal with corporate client for management satisfactory. Attend the weekly meeting with departmental head and also submit the whole month business plan. Weekly visit the company`s projects with honorable business client or Govt. Authority for development of the project. Have a mentality to take all kinds of positive work for the well progress of the company. Liaison with the Bankers for all settlement of foreign/local payments with legal terms & Conditions. Liaison with the logistics department for all logistics support. Monthly planning of work for the company`s business development on timely. Project wise data analysis.
right now I am serving job as Deputy Manager (Approval & Logistics) about the Business Development Department at Concord Real Estates & Development Ltd. Since 2007 I am doing Job in various company and have an experience at Commercial sector. Bank related LC related import, export materials. Have also getting approval of huge plan from Govt Authority, Sales apartment also.
