• Contribute in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of HR policies, rules and regulations in compliance with UAE employment laws and regulations.
• Assist the Senior Management to create HR policies and procedures, manuals, training needs.

• Conduct and compile detailed case studies for Employees investigations related to performance, absenteeism, behavior or harassment.

• Conduct research and ensure Best HR Practices are always implemented.
• Create and maintain an electronic folder for all the documents related to the area of work.
• Prepare various reports related to Human Resources for the Senior Management.
• Carry out all HR duties to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily objectives.

Recruitment
• Implemented selection and recruitment policies and procedures.
• Regular audits to ensure availability and completion of candidate documents.
• Liaise with line managers, manage advertisement, vacancies through intranet website, conduct interviews and aid in selection of the candidates.
• Organize career fairs.
• Establish a network for candidate sourcing (e.g. recruitment agencies, universities)
• Capture information via Oracle HRMS; create new positions, terminations and transfers.
• Regular monthly / yearly recruitment reports.
• Fully trained and certified on I-recruitment database- (Sniperhire) used on a daily basis.
• Organized visa, tickets and accommodation for new joiners along with their dependents'.

Organizational Development
Worked with Organizational development team on the following OD activities -
• Designed the Organization Structures based on function & activities.
• Prepared Job Descriptions and conducted Job Evaluations for junior and middle management positions.
• Confirming the grade and title as per the organization structure for vacancies.
• Preparing Annual Achievement Reports for Organization Development Section.
• Prepared flow charts for process such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, and Restructuring.

Employee Relations
• Implemented the Time and Attendance System. Working with Business Analyst to complete Business
Requirements Specification (BRS)
• Managed the entire cycle of Time and Attendance System.
• Created and assigned rosters, shift management for Inspectors, reports generation, coordination with vendors, IT and Network teams.
• Provided Payroll team with overtime hours and confirm payments for Work Nature Allowance as per the shift
policy.
• Provided HR reports to management such as Head Count, New Hires, Terminations, and Attendance.
• Handled HR budget. Extensively used the various systems for raising OPEX (Operating Expenditure) and
CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) along with breakdown & justification.

Key Achievements
• Managed the entire cycle of Time & Attendance system.
• Managed the OPEX & CAPEX cycle of HR department.
• Worked with OD team to deliver activities such as Organization Structures, Job descriptions.
• Prepared the recruitment plan and achieved the targets. Recruited more than 100 persons for IT Team for ongoing Reforms & Modernization Project.

Responsibilities
• Organized and maintained extensive filing system pertaining to the Managing Partner's position as a Member of the U.A.E. Federal National Council, Chairman of the Regulatory Council of the Dubai Financial Services
Authority, and Member of the Judicial Institute of Advanced Legal.
• Scheduling meetings and preparing presentations if required in relation to above assignments.
• Maintaining a monthly, weekly and daily log of appointments, meetings, travel plans and social events
calendar in a timely manner.
• Processing all incoming correspondence such as regular mail, courier, e-faxes, e-mails, telephone calls
addressed to the Managing Partner and distributing these to the appropriate departments; and where action
is required, ensuring that these are acted upon in an efficient and productive manner.
• Ensure the correct and smooth flow of paperwork to and from the Managing Partner's office to the relevant
departments and/or sections, branch Office, affiliates, governmental agencies, Embassies.
• Typing Memorandum of Understanding, Settlement Agreements, and general correspondence for the lawyers.
• Sending monthly Law newsletter to all the clients and updating the database regularly.
• Informing Managing Partner for requests for visits by VIP's, government officials, and diplomatic personnel and arrange for special necessary meeting arrangements if required.
• Maintaining total confidentiality of all written correspondence, telephone conversations and meetings as well as any matters relating to the Managing Partner, in particular and the Firm, in general.
• Assisting in HR activities such as coordinating with recruitment agencies for vacancies, short listing
candidates, preparing job offers.
• Arranging visas, accommodation, Induction for new joiners.
