❏ TAX Network Monitoring System (TAX NMS):
• Assisted in the installation of TAX NMS to the CDOT team and was a member of the Validation Team.
• Adept at monitoring and improvement of performance of all Level 1 and Level 2 TAX Exchanges of OCB, EWSD and AXE 10 make of Northern Telecom Region .
• Provided level 2 support for the O&M of all the Servers, routers, switches, and other hardwares.

❏ Transmission Network Monitoring Center (TNMC):
• Extended clients of all the (Elementary Management System) EMS of the transmission system of various make like Tejas, Siemens, ZTE, Huawei, etc from field units to centralized place at TNMC and ensured that connectivity is always maintained.

❏ Nov 2007 to Dec 2008: MSC based CDMA Switch (ZTE make) at BSNL, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• Provided technical support during installation, commissioning and Acceptance Testing of the switch.
• Successfully migrated customers and services from old LGE STAREXWLL CDMA Switch to the new ZTE switch in collaboration with installation team.
