Duties and Responsibilities
⦁ Handling and supervising the central cash of ZARA.Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis.Analyze cash flow mechanism of the company and prepare monthly variance report.
⦁ Making the closing reports of all the sections of the store.
⦁ Making supplies orders, petty cash reimbursement, bank deposits, handling cash floats and expenses.Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
⦁ Sending the closure reports, sales, online sales entry, sales report to the head office on daily basis.Preparing the Mall vouchers on monthly basis and depositing in Mall management.
⦁ Answered customers' questions and provided information on procedures and policies.
⦁ Counted money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts were correct and that there was adequate change.
⦁ Monitored checkout stations to ensure that they had adequate cash available and were staffed appropriately.
