- Coordinating with the Managers for the reference collection.
- Creating Reference in KM3.0. portal within Capgemini
- Sending reports on monthly basis.
* Unpaid Bills report for specific projects.
* Industrialization Fee report - Report which includes the
cost for the service provided by the project to the client.
* Orphan Code Management Report - In order to maintain
hierarchical structure of the projects in the Capgemini
internal tool named “N2K - Need 2 know”
* Delivery Key Player report - It’s the Engagement
Manager’s certification report which is reviewed by the
SBU leaders in order to check whether the Engagement
Manager assigned to a specific Project has an ability to
handle the engagement complexity level.
- Taking Care of relocation of the Capgemini Candidates.
- Tagging of Resources/Candidates to a particular project in the
Capgemini Tool.
- Creating Purchase Order for the projects executed in Germany &
Austria in the GPS system.
- Adhoc request given by the clients on the monthly basis.

Order processing.
- Customer’s queries solving.
- Regular follow up for dispatch details.
- Collection calling (Recovery).
- Preparing Specimen report, MIS report.
- Handling Tamilnadu branch.
