Education: Providing patient education on dialysis procedures, self-care, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being. Patient Care: Monitoring patients throughout dialysis sessions, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on dialysis machines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs as necessary. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of patient treatments, vital signs, and any relevant observations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols, including maintaining a sterile environment and proper handling of equipment. Collaboration: Collaborating and working with healthcare teams, including nurses and physicians, to coordinate patient care and communicate any changes or issues during treatments. • Analysis of lab and diagnostic tests and follow up of the same. Following physicians order as directed.
• Assisting of internal jugular, subclavian, femoral catheterization, hemodialysis dressing.
• Obtaining vital signs and administration of medication at proper time.
• Assisting Renal Biopsy.
• Special care of bed ridden patients for Eg: medication, personal hygiene, back care.
• position changing, reassurance & psychological support etc.
