Own end-to-end recruitment right from creating job requirement to candidate onboarding all the time while ensuring good experience for both the candidate as well as hiring managers
•Work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and manage the recruitment process for identified job requisitions
•Involved in mid-level to leadership hiring.
•Manage ATS to track applicants from selection phase to offer and onboarding
•Utilized innovative sourcing methods, including social media platforms and networking events, to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, resulting in a 30% increase in successful placements.
•Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, resulting in increase in qualified candidates and reduction in overall time-to-hire.
•Conduct thorough interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization, resulting in decreased turnover rate and increased employee satisfaction.
•Conduct HR discussion, negotiate salary with the candidate, create fitment and rolling out the offer letter.
•Engaging with the selected candidates till onboarding.
•Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
•Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports and manage process improvements.
Talent Acquisition
Sourcing and screening the candidates as per client requirements, responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
Hiring for middle and senior level management.

Client handling and direct interaction with clients.

Conducting Market mapping and gathering Market intelligence for all the niche pilot requirements.
Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Post Offer Follow up.
•Search for the right resource as per relevant job criteria using, job boards, networking, cold calling, mass mailing and employee referrals.
•Calling candidates for initial round discussion in order to understand their profiles and background and collect all the relevant information about them and conducting preliminary telephonic round interview.
