Pre-construction
Tender and Procurement
• Measurement and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ)
• Assist the Client in prequalification and shortlisting of contractors for participation in tender.
• Perform tender documentation in coordination with the Client representative and Project Design team
• Prepare pre-tender estimate and pricing of BQ to compare against agreed Cost Plan budget and reference in tender evaluation
• Perform tender evaluation and analysis including clarification with contractors to assess respective proposals and tender prices.
• Prepare tender report and recommendation to Client highlighting commercial qualifications.
• Prepare contract documents, including drafting of the Letter of Award.
Post Contract
• Evaluation of contractor’s progress billings and prepare and issue recommendation for payment.
• Evaluate variations and reconciliation with contractors.
• Prepare construction cost monitoring report and monitor financial standing of the project in relation to the approved Cost Plan budget.
Reviewed project design and performed site inspection to ensure the compliance to construction plans and design requirements
Verified the quality and quantity of materials to be used in site is in accordance with the project specifications and requirements
Prepared measurement and cost estimate
