The Banking Project I have worked on was for the client Deutsche Bank, a German based Bank.The project was dealing with the collateral management applications of the bank.

I have worked for both application support (level 3 ) for the collateral management application as well as ETL development for the collateral managment datawarehousing.

Responsibilities & Achievements for application support:
• Impact Analysis and gather the requirements for enhancement requests
• Analyze the resolution of Service Request raised by users in DB Symphony portal
• Set up the Control-M jobs for monitoring, alerting and reporting purposes
• Development of Unix shell scripting for automation of tasks, reporting
• Development support - Debug issues raised by Dev team, SIT Team
• Server Maintenance - Apply patches, Manage Application availability on all environments.
• Application deployment - Application release deployment on all environments. Application support documentation - Run Books, Application Release Documentation.

• Data Check and process monitoring
• ETL Development using Informatica Power Centre
• Code Walkthroughs, Debugging and Error fixing.
• Maintaining Standards.
• Code deployment to Development on QA and Production Servers
