PLAN AND SUPERVISE THE WORK OF ALL CREWS ENGAGED IN MECHANICAL WORKS TO ENSURE THAT QUALITY OUTPUT IS COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE AND TO THE STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
LIAISES WITH GEN.FOREMAN, FOREMAN, QC AND SPECIALIST OF OTHER DISCIPLINES TO ENSURE THE OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES, WITH OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF JOB
TO PROVIDE FEED BACK TO THE ENGINEERING MANAGER
CONCERNING THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS ARISING IN WORKSHOP DURING THE EXECUTION ACTIVITIES, EITHER RELATED TO DESIGN QUALITY OF MATERIAL, VENDOR PACKAGED UNITS
VENDOR ASSISTANCE AND QUALITY OF WORK
CO-ORDINATE WITH QA/QC DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL'S TO ENSURE THAT ALL INSPECTION ACTIVITIES ARE CARRIED OUT AND RELEASED FOR FURTHER ACTIVITIES TO MEET THE AGREED SCHEDULE
Reviews order requests for completeness in accordance with established guidelines, works cooperatively with requestor to complete order request, resolves order request issues, and ensures that orders are received and reviewed within established service level agreements.
•Issues RFQ’s follow up with vendors for quotations, distribute bid copies for evaluation.
•Analyze/compares cost and evaluates the quality and suitability of supplies, materials
•Review bids commercially for prices, breakups, options; delivery dates and prepares comprehensive bid evaluation.
•Ensure goods are delivered using the correct mode of transportation on time based on Production's and maintenance request.
•Coordination with Production & maintenance dept. and consultant for tech review.
•Generates Purchase order for qualified order requests, utilizes correct order templates/toolsets and ensures that orders are generated accurately.
•Reviews executed orders for completeness, identify order errors, coordinates resolution of order issues/error with customer and/or order requestor.
•Checking legal conditions of the orders.
•Coordinate purchase orders for signatures by the Procurement Supervisor/Manager and other officers, issue and distribute contracts.
•Monitors supplier’s compliance to required delivery completion requirement.
•Assist in setting up vendor meetings and negotiations.
•Participate in Internal and Client Weekly Progress meetings, take notes and action with End users.
•During progress of orders, track amendment matters, negotiate and resolve. Issue PO amendment and distribute to supplier.
•Along with Supervisor control issues related with Accounts dept.
•Monitors order progress, tracks outstanding orders, follow up on orders, resolve customer order issues and obtain executed orders or cancels orders as appropriate.
•Identify operational improvement areas through the discovery of gaps or new opportunities, responding to changing business requirements

Maintainance responsible for all vehicles and equpiments of co. in Jeddaha, Riyadh, Dammam, Khamis Mushyath approximately 750 numbers rental and another 750 vhicles of lease type and manpower of almost 50 mechanics computrized data system installed in all region etc,
Solely responsible for the Maintenance of a fleet strength of 280 vehicles covering western region Managing Leased vehicles from a rental company Managing a staff strength of 20 employees Responsible for daily Vehicle condition status, To carry out vehicle preventative maintenance schedule & repairing & overhauling all sort of Engines Dealing with vehicle supplying companies with regards to warranty and minimum cost purchasing, dealing with insurance companies in case of accident close follow up on fleet workshop team to complete the job with in the fixed service time Responsible for spares & equipment inventory control in regional branch workshops, preparation of periodic reports & presentations on fleet operation & man management. Facing periodic internal & external audit.
