Soft & Support Service Manager à Al Janoub Stadium Under Mosanasa Facility Management

• Have been an active part of the Pre-opening & Launching of All FIFA World cup stadiums in Qatar
• Generate and review scope of work to ensure it matches to agreed contractual obligation
• Generate an annual plan for all major soft services activities and monitor facilities related spending.
• Review facilities supplier contract agreements and commercial terms and conditions.
• Manage and supervise the delivery of subcontracted and in-house services.
• Attend client meetings, site inspection and inquiry, report findings and raise issues for proposed action plans, follow up, report progress and completion.
• Ensure ongoing review and monitor the daily operation to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency of all invested resources (manpower, items, machinery).
• Ensure all necessary records/log books are maintained.
• Lead and oversee the overall operation and maintenance of Housekeeping and pest control services through assigned contractors.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work efficiently, resource plan and possess excellent organizational abilities to be able to manage a broad portfolio
• Proven ability to build strong working relationship, internal and external to the organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills and adept at building strong relationships.
