Roles and Responsibilities: • Operation of Oil terminal.
• Oil tank Gauging.
• Maintenance of Plant Station Piping.
• Maintenance of oil tanks.
• Maintenance of PLC control panel for smooth Operations of pipeline. (Automation of plant)
• Maintenance of Motor Operated Valves & Hand Operated valves for any kind of leakages of all kinds of petroleum products tankages etc.
• Monitoring of SCADA systems for smooth working of different parameters related to Pressure, Temperature & Flow etc.
• Maintenance & Modification of Basket Filter, Flow Turbines & Density Pumps etc
• Troubleshooting of field instruments like Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters & Temperature transmitters etc

ENGINEERING PROJECTS-: ACADEMIC PROJECT: - Effect of Natural Fibers on Polymer Matrix Composites (Sponsored by KSCST, IISc, Bangalore -12) Description: The project of ours is a small attempt to develop new kinds of composite material with better physical properties that can be used for suitable applications. Our concept is to test the mechanical properties of composite materials by using different types of natural fibers as reinforcements. The unique feature of our experiment is that common synthetic fibers are replaced by naturally obtained fibers which generally possess good mechanical properties like elasticity, toughness etc. and are obtained at minimal cost.
