Alarm Monitoring, Resolution of faults, Operation and Maintenance of approx. 180 sites.
•Monitoring and analysis of alarms in the network elements and providing support to Field Engineers for the rectification of the concerned issues.
•TRX augmentation, E1 augmentation in Abis, Ater link
•SW & HW Upgradation of BSC, TCU, BTS & M2000 for Kolkata & ROWB.
•Analysis of RF KPIs like Call Drop rate Call setup success rate, Utilization, TCH Congestion, TASR and coverage parameters.
•Alarm Fault management activities such as daily BSC health check-up, daily site outage and On-Air Sites Reporting.
•Coordination with Media & IP vendor to resolve media & IP related.
•VSWR measurement, Power Measurement of each Sector.
•Doing LOOP/BREAK testing for E1.
•Monitoring NMS
•Backup of all BSCs on Weekly basis/Operation log/Alarm log Backup on daily basis.
•Configuration of External Alarm in BTS & BSC.
•Parametric modification such as Channel configuration, Power modification, TRX addition done as per RF guide.
•Daily Report generation of BSS node in NBH/BBH/24HRS data in time
Coordination with Customer / Infra Provider for Site handover, RFI, Punch Point Clearance
•Managing and coordinates the process according to agreed project time schedule in region.
•Tracks all extra work-related issues and reports those to regional PM.
•Ensures the correct usage of project tools (EPM) and the data content.
•Support PM in preparing rollout Plan.
•Following up the time schedules and checking if the work is executed according to plan and escalations to project management as needed.
•Providing installation and on-air status reports regularly to project management.
•Make sure site Implementation is done properly by sub-contractor. Report to PM.
•Regular contact with the counterparts (service suppliers/ Customers) to discuss planning.
•VSWR Rectification & sector swapping,
•2G, 3G Rectification Alarm and monitoring,

•Cluster comprise of 200 BTS sites and 4 BSC(Malad to Borivali, Mumbai West)
•Analysing Daily Cell outages, TCH, SD, Path Loss assignment their rectification and improvement
•Conceptualizing O & M process and activities for optimum resource utilization
•New E1 allocations for Roll outs on monthly basis.
•Providing media protections to BTS site to reduce the outages Using Metro Hub Ring.

•Analysing and motivating team for Electrical consumption of sites.
•Processing PM, Test (BTS, MW, Battery, Power plant, Air conditioners, and EB supplies) for site.
•Performing Sector/Trx Expansion, Addition and Segmentation as per requirement.
•Performing Fresco, Sinner activity to reduce power consumption at cell sites.
•Creation of Q1 Management parameter (at site end and Bsc end both) for visibility at NMS for Transmission Units (FIU, METRO HUB).
•Continuous brainstorming for maintaining KPI, Outages, Critical Alarm, Resource utilization.
•Performed BTS Site Rehoming from one Bsc to another Bsc.
•Working activity on 3/11 project of Aircel from the cluster.
•Flexi BTS Segmentation done at Bsc and Site end both.
•Worked on Flexi Hybrid equipment (3G Transmission Media).
•Worked on Tejas Mux equipment (Transmission Equipment).
•Worked on WBTS (3G BTS ALSO CALLED NODE B)

•Commissioning & integration of Evolium A9100 BTS.
•Acceptance test for New sites & Co-ordinating with the Vendors for Acceptance test.
