Handling Finalization and MIS reporting; submission of Monthly Financial Report and Performance Report to management and Shareholders on a timely basis, introducing Executive Summary along with it having relevant highlights of various divisions.

Statutory Audit planning; preparation of audit schedules and arranging necessary supporting in advance and coordinating with other team members in channelizing resources for timely and satisfactory completion of audit.
Liaison with 7 to 10 Finance executives of various divisions and overall team size of 40+. Wherein personal effort of exchanging thoughts, imparting training and motivating team, helped in productivity enhancement and overcoming cultural barriers.
On an ongoing basis, strengthening internal controls and accounting processes along with infusing agility in the system and mind set of a team to adopt new changes, for instance gearing up to implement of Value Added Taxation (VAT).
Co-founded a granite slabs manufacturing company and in the benefit of all the shareholders steered its sale to a strategic buyer, negotiated the deal and facilitated smooth transfer of business set-up.
Chartered Angel funding from USA network for investment in the project.
Liaison with various government departments to expedite subsidy, collateral free loan and other facilities for the unit.
