1. Co-ordination of pickup of ex-works shipment from supplier’s warehouse.
2. Tracking of ETA for import shipments.
3. Timely delivery of documents to clearing agent for clearance once received from the bank.
4. Co-ordination with transporting companies and shipping agent for loading and offloading.
5. Preparing of local bill of entries documents and getting them processed through clearing agent.
6. Preparing export contract and getting approved from customers
7. Co-ordination with Production department and Transporter and Customer for shipment.
8. Preparing invoice, packing list, delivery advice, certificate of origin, and health certificate.
9. Sending transport documents and all other original documents to customers. Invoicing in the oracle system.
10. Follow up for payment and for new order with customers.
11. Getting duty paid stamp from Dubai customs for GCC shipments.
12. Liaison with Bank, Municipality & Chamber of Dubai for Exports & Imports.
13. Handling the Purchase in the absence of purchaser
