• Managing a team of Internal recruiters and External agencies where I am responsible for scouting the best candidates for the organization.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and Business HR to ensure a good understanding of the requirements for each role.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of all approved Recruitment Requisitions received from Business HR.
• Post jobs appropriately using the approved recruitment channels.
• Be a single point of contact for candidates to ensure consistency of candidate experience and avoidance of any communication gaps.
• Shortlisting applicants for interviews using a variety of selection techniques including competency-based interviewing.
• Conduct HR interview and participate in the technical interview with the line manager to ensure a consistent selection process.
• Negotiate salary with candidates and make offers as agreed by Business HR.
• Ensure that all documentation is completed at every stage of the recruitment and selection process as per the recruitment procedure.
• Coordinate with recruitment coordinator for any logistics, travel arrangements, etc. for new hires.
• Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and ongoing industry research to collect information on trends and events that impact the availability and quality of resources and recruitment channels.
• Maintain a database of candidates for the responsible area to ensure a constant flow of candidates.
• Prepare candidate summary and supporting documents and prepares candidates for interviews with management/client.
• Receive and greet the new hire on job commencement day and introduce them to Business HR who will arrange for the induction and other formalities for new employees.
• Compile a weekly recruitment report, updating line managers and business HR on the current status.
• Advise HR director on trends in recruitment and recommends suitable recruitment channels that meet the business’s needs.
• Monitoring recruitment costs and negotiating with suppliers.
• Set the sourcing strategy for different job profiles in the organization.
• Ensure that for each position there is a database of screened and security-cleared candidates.
• Providing guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure that we attract candidates that meet the selection criteria

Recruitment support

• This covers all aspects of recruitment including drafting/obtaining approval for IVNs, posting IVNs, short listing applications, arranging interviews, conducting tests for specific range of candidates.
• Identify position specific competencies for purposes of selection.
• Use different channels for sourcing like internal database, job portals, references, networking and Social Media to identify potential candidates and communicate their suitability to the Line Managers.
• Maintain network with external agencies to ensure cost effective allocation of recruitment budget and the identification of high calibre candidates.
• Conduct pre- selection interviews of all Candidates, for a smooth final selection by Recruitment Manager and HOD. Individually handle the recruitment assignments for junior and mid-level candidates.
• Send offer letter to selected candidates
• Ensure to send regret notification to unsuccessful candidates

Process Pre - Joining Formalities

• Prepare employment contracts
• Coordinate with Visa services team and update candidate on visa/immigration rules.
• Conduct reference checks on the selected candidates
• Update Line Manager on the status of their recruitment activities on a weekly basis.
• Co-ordinate and complete joining formalities for all new recruits inclusive of Managerial grades and brief them with regards to Staff Number/ Date of Joining/ Opening of a Bank account/etc. Co-ordinate and negotiate with line department and the recruit on joining date and communicate to the relevant Line Manager.

Organisational charts

• Prepare and maintain up to date Organizational charts of the all the departments.
• SAP - Maintaining reporting line for all corporate employees in the SAP related to leave management and regularly updating the Organisation structure in the ERP system.
