Implement Good Practices - GxP (GDP, GMP, GCP) across the Bangalore site.
Perform analysis on the project metrics data on the various sub processes and provide appropriate feedback to the project team at various stages in the SDLC for corrective and preventive actions.
Responsible for managing quality systems, processes and procedures to assure product quality and safety

Influencing quality system metrics such as Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), training metrics, completion and complaint resolution metrics
Conducting root cause analysis and leading CAPA activities including coordination of overall CAPA system, CAPA Impact Analysis and Product Field Action coordination and execution.
Establishing procedure for a) identifying individual training needs, b) ensuring appropriate personnel are trained; c) individual training needs and plans are documented and readily available, d) ensuring the training effectiveness of the trainings which effect product quality
Continue to develop a working knowledge of, and train others on, the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
Provide guidance to product development teams as to the required deliverables to ensure compliance throughout product development life cycle
Review, assess and approve product design milestones and deliverables throughout product development cycle to ensure compliance
Assist engineering/operational quality/compliance representatives to identify compliance risks during the product development life cycle.
Heading the Quality Assurance of the Customer Fulfillment Center for the operations of two main businesses of Motorola - Wireless and Broadband Sectors and responsible for the complete Supply Chain Process.
Draw the Project Charter and Road Map with milestones for implementation of ISO9001: 2000 and implement the same in the warehouse.
