•Handling Commercial Activities for Solar EPC Projects under execution in various countries
•Commercial Activities related to entity setup includes following
•Finalization of Legal and Tax Consultants
•Entity setup and structure, studying from country report to find out best entity structure from various angles operations, taxation, repatriation etc. in a country
•Documentation for required entity setup accordingly for Branch, Subsidiary, LLC etc.
•Documentation for Bank Account opening
•Income Tax and VAT Registrations with help of local consultants
•Setup of Local Commercial Team and practices to be followed to monitor Project Costs

•Contract reading for new Bids by BD team, comments on various commercial points like Taxes, LD, Payment Structure, Insurance, Bank Guarantees, Change of Law etc.
•Risk Matrix evaluation and taking necessary approvals in case of deviation for new Bids
•Preparation of MIS, Cash Flow and Profitability Statements of Sites under operations.
•Regular visits to International Sites to monitor process and controls setup
•Coordination with various inter-company departments for activities related to Banking, Treasury, Finance, SCM, Logistics, Insurance etc.
