• Pre-Contract: Successfully managed entire tendering process for Diversion works of 1800 dia. sewer line, Survey works, Construction of Police Station building. Produced tender technical and financial evaluation reports with recommendations to the client.
• Produced bid documents for LCB - Station Architectural works, Track installation, PEB Roofing and for ICB - Supply of HH Rails.
• Post-contract: Worked out variation amount of revised scope of flyover, Station area variation and recommended to client.
• Ensured contractual compliance by issuing timely notices to the Contractor on statutory and labor compliances, guarantees, insurances, claims, quality issues, progress etc.

• Pre-Contracts: Prepared tender program, BOQ for various budget packages, tender management.
• Post-Contract administration: Invoicing, valuation of variations & claims, recommending reports.
• Cost management: Prepared monthly cost report, cash flow projection sheets, cost to complete sheets.
• Accomplishment: Successfully managed finishing costs of major positive variations to clients satisfaction through efficient procurement, value engineering & cost control, within existing project budget.

• Accomplishment: Played a key role in negotiation and settlement of final account with the main Civil Contractor. I evaluated various claims, incomplete works, defective work, compiled debits, damages and other contractual obligations of the contractor to settle final bill at approx. 30% of claimed amount.
