Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and oversee the implementation of an organization-wide Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and related sub-initiatives in collaboration with relevant HR functions. Ensure the organization maintains an optimal workforce size strategically equipped with the right skills and positioned to effectively execute its overarching strategy

Led, directed, and orchestrated the cross-functional implementation of the Lean Six Sigma transformation across the organization functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for spearheading improvement initiatives and conducting training for the Hot Rolling operations across the organization's functions
