Hired as a Valuation Consultant to facilitate the Seed Funding exercise of TekUncoked. Understood the business of Tek Uncorked and the Power Utility Industry to facilitate Intangible Asset Valuation and Company Valuation.
The major requirement of the company was to attain financial models to completely evaluate their valuation for the seed funding round, which was helped by the models I built having saved 30%-40% on the derivation of valuation fees.
Built Financial Models to Evaluate the Intangible assets of TekUncorked for facilitating a smooth valuation exercise. Methods used are Relief From Royalty Method, Multi-Period Access Earnings Method, and Reproduction Cost Method.
Built Financial models to evaluate TekUncorked using multiple valuation methodologies of a start-up like the Scorecard Method, Dave Berkus Method, Risk Factor Summation Method, First Chicago Method, and Football Field Valuation.
Engaging with multiple external stakeholders like Tata Power, BYPL, Chief Minister’s Office (Orissa), and Angel Investors (US).
