• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of project.
• Ensure projects achieve their intended outcomes through scope, time, quality, resource, and cost management.
• Maintain a constant communication channel with clients to review project updates.
• Generate projects status reports and administer appropriate handover procedures to Operation Managers when the projects reach the stability phase.
• Prepare & Update project plan and assign teams on sites with daily follow up on teams’ progress.
• Ensure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and according to quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
• Report regularly on progress to the client and to senior managers.
• Carry out all site designs and modifications
• Prepare material lists for sites and follow up on warehouse release
• Follow up on missing material and raise purchase requests
• Submit technical drawings to manufacturing factories and follow up on the manufacturing process in terms of quality and delivery.
• Was able to acquire and achieve the ISO Certification (9001, 18001 and14001) for Mobiserve Corporate.
• Carry out incident investigations, root cause identification, recommend corrective actions implementation, preparing reports and lessons learnt.
• Perform workplace HSE audits and inspections, and staff competence to ensure the safety of workers, facilities, contractors and visitors as well as ensuring full compliance for internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely collection of QHSE data from subsidiaries.
• Analyze QHSE data from subsidiaries to identify high risks and prepare QHSE reports to be submitted to Top management.
• Review of PMO project status reports.
• Constructs the monthly forecast and work plan report.
• Organizing and facilitating the project brainstorming sessions.
• Collecting the data necessary to update the projects schedule and updating the project lessons learnt upon the closing.
