Patient following hospital admission process
•Receive Patient from ER and usher Patient to room of choice and transfer to bed safely and comfortably
•Do a thorough assessment
•Do precautionary measures if needed
•Give health teachings
•Carry out Doctors order
•Make a comprehensive Nursing Care Plan
•Providing nursing care for pre-operative patient
•Providing Nursing Care Plan for post operative patient
•Give medication as indicated by the physician following the principles of giving medication
•Refer patient to physician as needed, especially if patient has complication or regression of condition
•Render dependent and independent nursing action such as giving O2 inhalation prn, IV insertion, giving sponge bath for fever, ROM exercise, turning patient from side to side
•Documenting treatment and nursing care done to patient
