Fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and arranging employees training for HACCP, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action and managing HR records, and performed exit interviews.
•Handle employees' data reports and analyzing all data.
•Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records Maintained employees' information and updating employment status data.
•Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
•Check the entire visa for the renewal process and other documents need.
•Monthly completion of salary slips for all staff including vacation, leave and end of service.
•Register Imported Goods from EU countries to Dubai Municipality portal.
•Monitors evaluate production and processing procedures
•Liaise with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as on-going training for all employees and managers. In-charge of implementation, and training to achieve quality and standards for the Company.
•Ensure quality service and performance standards are being met.
•Implementation, documentation, and maintenance of HACCP and its procedures in the HACCP system. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives.
•Create a document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
