Coordinating & Governing projects by ensuring a transparent
communication between the key stakeholders
• Tracking the project expenses
• Planning the budget for the upcoming financial year
• Assisting & Managing the PMs in following the PMO policies
and procedures
• Assisting the business analyst in project initiations by
gathering and reviewing the business requirements,
coordinating the tender process along with the procurement

• Managing JIRA (issue tracking tool) as an administrator.
Assisting JIRA users in technical related queries. Customizing
the setup (workflows, custom fields, screens, permissions)
according to the needs of the users.
Participated in an ICO project (Initial Coin Offering for Blockchain
Tokens) as Community Manager.
• Created Articles for the project
• Administered a community of 10 000 + subscribers on the
messenger Telegram
• Promoted the project to potential investors and influencers.
