Generate a monthly forecast and align with revenue plan
❖ Maintain documentation and SOP for demand planning processes.
❖ Relate and measure the forecast accuracy and OTB process.
❖ Monitor the forecast at SKU level and make sure that forecast and inventory targets are
based on demand.
❖ Maintain a customer order status report for all orders to be distributed to the team.
❖ Distribute dashboard every week for the team to review especially sales team for the
revenue plan target Vs DP.
❖ Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis which will assist the management especially the
revenue as requested.
❖ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Merchandising, Customer
Service, Finance/Accounts, Sales Executives and Logistics.
❖ Weekly DP review with regional demand & supply team and monthly S&OP (IBP) meeting
with the management for issues, concerns and inventory balancing.
❖ Daily replenishments to Crocs retail stores through Epicor system.
Supervise and support customer service team.
❖ Maintain Customer Order Status Report and disseminate to the customer service team.
❖ Coordinate Data Management Team for new customer set up, new products and pricing.
❖ Maintain a database of customers for easy reference.
❖ Generate a revenue report and open order report for dashboard circulation.
❖ Liaise with the departments like Sales, Finance/Accounts for credit/debit notes and returns
requests and Logistics.
❖ Communicate and coordinate with the supply team on delivery of the orders from factory.
❖ System process flow check and prompt action to push orders.
❖ Support the team for system related issues.
❖ Provide ad hoc reports to the Managers as requested.
Process and coordinate all orders received.
❖ Ensure timely and accurate order entry / conversion and release of orders.
❖ Provide open order report to customers.
❖ Deliver the highest customer service and respond in timely manner to all incoming inquiries
and correspondence both internal and external.
❖ Follow up on payments and communicate logistics on shipments and schedules.
❖ Maintain records through filing by soft or hard copies for easy retrieval.
❖ Other duties as assigned.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, employees’
attendance, leaves, and vacations.
❖ Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
❖ Handle all medical claims, etc.
❖ Keep records of company’s policies and procedures.
❖ Handle and follow up on the work visas and labor contract processes; coordinate with the
employees and PRO; prepare, maintain and update required documents; and renewals.
❖ Schedule medical examinations for the residence visas.
❖ Keep updated information of all employees and file them.
❖ Keep updated information of all the required documents for immigration and labor.
Assist unit managers/marketing agents for the reservation of their clients.
❖ Validate the loan documents of the clients for reservation.
❖ Monitor the reserved units and update the sales daily.
❖ Process documents of the clients and assist in notarization for housing loan processing.
❖ Conduct seminar of the company’s guidelines for the prospective clients.
❖ Provide support for the upcoming activities such as launching of the newly opened
projects.
❖ Provide status of the costumers’ housing loan application.
❖ Assist and supports the company in achieving operational targets.
❖ Provide daily sales report to the manager.
❖ Compose letters/notices for the clients need to update their accounts.
❖ Cancel the reservation of the clients when already due for non-compliance of the
requirements.
❖ Update the guidelines of the government agency we are dealing with like housing loan
interests, loan documents to be used, and other knowledge and information needed.
❖ Handle petty cash and prepare reimbursement for expenses in documentation department.
❖ Other duties as assigned.
Maintain decorum and a high degree of quality communication.
❖ Ensure the appointment books maintained and coordinated.
❖ Make recommendations and handle complaints and request in a professional and calm
manner.
❖ Entertain incoming and outgoing phone calls.
❖ Provide assistance for the incoming seminars about housing applications.
❖ Operate office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and calculator; coordinates
the servicing of equipment.
